Will Fruits And Vegetables Stay Fresh Longer If They Are In Or Out Of The Refrigerator?

They will stay fresh longer if they are kept in the refrigerator, if possible in the lower compartment which is in standard fridges, located at the bottom (vegetable drawer)...especially if you live in a warn country.
 
In some cases like Bananas, Avocados, they will turn black if put in the fridge - but they are still good to eat.
 
Be careful not to put things together in the fridge which could spoil them: Strawberries tend to take the taste from other foods, whereas Onion could give taste to other foods.
