Most folks drink the best like it is, but you can add fresh fruit, like apples, strawberries and peaches, let me sit in the moonshine for a few weeks, you get a good fruity taste and when you eat the fruit, you go over the moon with the cow!
My favorite way of flavoring liquor is to just add the fruit to the liquor and let it alone for about a week. I'm not sure you want the lemon pith, but the pulp, juice and zest would contribute a lot of flavor.
You mix it with whatever flavor you like juice, pop or whatever the mix.
