It is very simple to make fried bangus. It tastes superb and is not much of a task to prepare. Fried bangus can be made with help of ingredients like cloves of minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt to taste, black pepper freshly grounded, four medium sized bangus and oil for frying.

Initially you should add all the ingredients and then soak the butterflied bangus in the mixture for at least half an hour. The best result can be obtained by soaking it overnight. After that pat dry with paper towel and deep fry or pan fry the bangus. It can be served either with fried rice or plain white rice. This mixture can be used with a variety of fish.
