Wash the pata pork in running water after set aside,prepare one clean casserole with water together the pata and bring to boil,turn off the stove and drain replace new water and transfer to the pressure cooker after the start weasel timer around 20 to 30 min. After let them cold,and then check the pata is soft and then saute onion, spring onion, capsicum, pineapple slice in sunflower oil and put pata add little fish sauce, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce,kikkoman sauce and put one small can of pineapple juice bring to boil and taste.....
