Lots and lots of melted butter, with a little olive oil to prevent it from burning. Then saute in a lot of crushed garlic. Saute over low heat, so you don't burn your garlic and then add your shrimp and cook and turn over, until it is opaque - just for a couple of minutes, really - depending upon the size of your shrimp! Then take it off the heat, toss in some fresh chopped Italian flat leaf parsley and squeeze some lemon juice over it. Taste it to see if it needs salt & pepper, and you are done!
