The Chicken with orange sauce is a baking dish. It is a combination of chicken and Oranges. You should take it as a sweet or saltish dish. I give the recipe of it, hope you like it. First note the ingredients of it which is given bellow:
Chicken two kgs, approx Chicken stock 1 ½ cup
Orange juice 1 ½ cup
Sliced oranges for decoration
Sugar 1-3 table spoons
Lemon juice 1 table spoon
Corn flour one table spoon
Orange peel finely chopped 1/8 cup
Seasoning as desired
Procedure: wash the chicken. Dry with a kitchen towel. Prick with a fork. Rub seasoning and leave aside for 15 minutes. Preheat oven on as mark 7. Keep the chicken in as ovenproof dish with little oil. Bake the chicken for approx 45 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown.
Add finely chopped orange peel in the chicken stock and cook on slow fire for half an hour. Add all the ingredients in bracket. Add the chicken stock and cook for five minutes, stirring constantly and add seasoning. Garnish the chicken with sliced oranges and bunch of parsley. Serve with the sauce (variation). If you want to give a caramel colors to the sauce, brown the sugar before adding it to the stock.
