The recipe for White chili sauce chicken is very easy. You can make it with some simple ingredients, easily available from the market.
1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained (small sized)
1 can pineapple bits (small)
4 boneless chicken breast, cut in chunks
1 jar of Willie's Chili Sauce.
Take a casserole dish and put the chicken breasts on it. Pour all the sauce on it. Then add the juice from the pineapple can. Coat the chicken well using your hands or a spoon.
Then Bake the chicken for 45-60 minutes at 350 Degree F. When there are 15 minutes remaining, stir in the pineapple bits and Mandarin oranges.
Your dish is ready. Serve over white rice. Serving size is 4 people.
