Hello everone I usually have gotten a BIG craving for apples now that my mom has bought this new apple thing here it cuts your apple and slices it all while your turning a knob and I think instead of saying one apple a day keeps the doctor away you should eat three a day with a glass of water.
If I were you I would have a very balanced diet. I would have more than just 5 apples a day. I would have a lot of fruit and veges. If you don't want to do that then you should just have an apple every time you eat!
