Are Pork Chops Suppose To Be Pink When Cooked?

NO!  Pork is kinda like chicken it needs to be done. Unless you want it be rare or medium well. When I cook my pork chops I either cook them on the grill or bake them in the oven on 350 for a least and hour. Or you can batter them with flour and put a little grease in the frying pan and cook on medium to low heat for about 30-45 minutes.

No. It should be more of a whitish color

Oh GOD no. I hope you didn't eat it. It's supposed to be white you know the saying......"Pork, the other white meat" If you got pink in your pork chops and you ate it you would get very sick.

Only if you like moist delicious pork, since they stopped feeding meat scraps to pigs, the risk of trichinosis has disappeared. Pork is very lean and thusly very dry, so cooking it till it's white is the equivalent of cooking beef till it's well done, so if shoe leather is what you're after go for the 1.5 hour cooking times. Really, google the answer instead of asking it on a site like this
