You can put them in the broiler, put a little pepper on them salt, or seasoning salt, and some garlic powder if you like, then keep a close eye on them, as the broiler will cook quick, then when one side is done make sure you turn them over. On the side, make some mashed potatoes, and a salad, or a slaw. Maybe even corn on the cob or green beans. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
If you have a charcoal grill, put them on the grill with a little pepper and salt to taste and grill them...delicious. Be sure not to cook for too long of a period or they will be dry. Cut a little slice in the thickest part of the meat and check to be sure it is no longer pink. If it is not pink then it is done. Serve with a baked potato and salad or baked potato and applesauce. Makes a great meal. If you do not have a grill, cook them under the broiler portion of your oven...same rule applies, make sure they are done ( not pink).
I like to put my pork chops in a crock pot with sauerkraut and potatoes. Also, if you put them in electric frying pan with cream of mushroom soup this is very good. I like to have applesauce on the side, mac & cheese and stewed tomatoes.
You can take a little white vinegar and olive oil season the chops with cayenne pepper and sea salt. Put in the oven on 325 to 350. Take large whole garlic, slice in half ,drizzle olive oil and sea salt over the halves., wrap each one in foil and cook until garlic is soft. The chops are ready when they are fork tender. The garlic is mashed into a spread for toast or a dollop on top of mashed or baked potatoes.
You can bake them and cook them with macaroni and cheese or with fries or even a salad
You can also make scalloped potatoes and add your pork chops to the middle layer.
