I'm no help to the question, but as a student of nutrition, I would like to correct the above statement by saying that you SHOULD worry about calories. If there is more fat and sugar, there will be more calories. I see calories as good guide to whether or not a food is worth your time. If you spend all of your time worry about fat content and sugar content, you may be missing out on essential fatty acids that will in turn help your body lose weight.

I do know that a full order of buffalo wings is about 1724kcal. If that's any help.

Its not calories you need to worry about, its fat, sugar and salt all of which will usually tell you on the packet if you look hard enough.
