A bunch of Kangkong, crispy dried shrimp sambal for two tbspoon, fresh red chillies, finely pressed two cloves of garlic, fish sauce and sunflower oil would be required in the preparation of crispy kangkong.

Firstly heat the wok and pour in oil. Then the garlic and chillies should be fried. After that it should be cooked for 1 minute. Cook for another minute after adding the sambal. Mix the fish sauce and stir. Put the kangkong in the wok and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Hot steaming jasmine rice would be ideal to serve with this recipe.
