Yep it's pretty easy to make - you peel the potatoes, puree them and then strain the puree to get the juice which will be a bit like apple juice.It tastes like when you take a mouthful of vegetables and you get that "earthy" aftertaste from it.Of course you could ferment it and distil it and end up with rocket-fuel vodka lol.
