To make stuffed pork chops the ingredients required are: 4 to 5 thick pork chops 1 tbsp of minced onion, a can full of mushrooms, a can of cream mushroom soup ½ c, sherry, a box of Rice-A-Roni prepared and around 2 tbsp of butter.

Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees and then make a small pocket like hole in pork chop, this should be done by making a 2 inch wide and deep slit in the pork chop. Brown the chops in butter add mushrooms and onions, let the pork chops simmer for about 5 minutes, after that add the cream of mushroom soup, also add the sherry. Place it all in a casserole dish with the remaining part of the stuffing's, and bake them.
