Have you ever eaten a Buffalo meat burger before ? Really good and tasty!
We have a couple of places here, One that sells only buffalo burgers. They are better for you as they do not have the type of fat that domesticated animals do. (People with damaged livers often cannot process the fat in domestic red meat, but can eat wild meat such as buffalo)
They're not available in Oz (though we have plenty of imported buffalo running wild in the north) but I've had kangaroo burger. Pretty good.
If you use Lowry's "burger" seasoning on them, it really brings out the taste.
