There are basically two types of grapes, seedless and with seeds. Grapes are an excellent source for manganese, Vitamin C, Vitamin B1 which is called thiamin, potassium, Vitamin B6 which is called pyridoxine and some calories as well. In addition to all this, they also contain flavonoids which are antioxidant compounds. One cup or 92 grams of grapes will have 0.66 mg of manganese, 3.68 mg of Vitamin C, 0.08 mg of Vitamin B1, 175.72 mg of potassium and 0.1 mg of Vitamin B6
