cooks.com and allrecipes.com are both Great for anything food related, but it looks like depending on how thick and such 350 degrees for 45 min. I would defiantly visit one of these site to make sure though I would hate for your chops to end up dry or underdone. The particular recipe that I was looking at was for a thick lamb chop.
