You can use it in dressings, sauces, to replace some more fattening choices. Yogurt also has bacterium that have been shown to help with intestinal health, and possibly other benefits. One individual serving of yogurt is very unlikely to make you fat. Being lazy, and eating poorly are the culprits in gaining weight. If you workout enough you can eat almost anything you want and not gain a pound of fat. Keep in mind it isn't weight that is unattractive it's fat. When you work out you will frequently gain weight at some point, because muscle weighs more than fat.
