I would recommend following the 2000 - 2200 calorie range. Basically, if you set a calorie burning level and you match that level with food, then you have a zero net calorie change. Try to increase the amount you burn while possibly decreasing the amount you consume. You body will invariably look to burn fat stores. The key is to be sure that when reducing calories, that you are maintaining proper nutrient levels, as the body will rob bones and organ of these nutrients if they are not available in the bloodstream.
