Make sure all ingredients are mixed well and then place the mixture in the hot
oven (not cold one). In the start, when you mix the ingredients (leaving flour and baking powder aside) make sure that proper balance between the eggs and milk is done. Once you add flour and baking powder in the mixture then don't use beater for mixing; try to mix it with the spoon with soft/gentle hands and only in one direction (clock wise or anti-clock wise). This will surely help.

When I was growing up and my mom would bake- she would tell me not to jump around and not to open he oven door too much as that would cause a cake to fall.  sometimes it is just a simple thing like that.

Are you baking your cake at around 350 degrees? If you are bake for at least 30-35 minutes. Another thing you might try is taking out the baking powder from the recipe and use self-raisng flour or even try using cake flour. Good luck.

You spin the pan as you drop it on the table, but you have to do it three time. I have use this 100's of times and have never had a cake fall

Keep noise away from the cake, don't jump or stomp around the cake, and don't constantly open the oven door to check on the cake.
